By submitting this Form, you hereby agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Singapore Management University, as represented by its SMU Pro Bono Centre, for registering to the SMU Pro Bono Centre Legal Clinic and/ or SMU Pro Bono Centre Mediation Clinic, (“Purpose”). Your personal data will be used for the Purpose, including where necessary or applicable, the disclosure of your personal data to partners or to affiliates of SMU, as the case may be for the Purpose. In this regard, you confirm that the personal data you have provided is complete and accurate.

The legal consultation and/or mediation service at the SMU Pro Bono Centre is provided free of charge as a community service by the School of Law Pro Bono Centre of the Singapore Management University (“SMU”) in collaboration with Law Society Pro Bono Services (“the Society”), Singapore International Mediation Institute (“SIMI”), volunteer lawyers and volunteer mediators, and is based on information believed to be complete, accurate and up-to-date.
